At Nawara Trend, we are committed to delivering your favourite kids’ products safely and swiftly to your doorstep. We understand how exciting it is to receive new toys, clothes, and educational items for your little ones, and we work hard to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, charges, and other important information. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order on nawaratrend.com.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our delivery network covers all 28 states and 8 union territories.

2.2 Pin Code Verification: During checkout, please enter your pin code to verify if delivery is available in your area. If your pin code is not serviceable, please contact our customer support for alternative arrangements.

2.3 International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. We hope to expand our services to international locations in the future.

3. Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges apply based on your location and order weight:

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. Below are the estimated delivery times:

5. Order Processing

5.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During sale periods or festivals, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

5.2 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID and order details.

5.3 Dispatch Notification: When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

5.4 Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

The courier partner for your order will be assigned based on your delivery location and serviceability.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  1. Website: Log in to your account on nawaratrend.com and go to ‘My Orders’ to view your order status and tracking details.
  2. Email/SMS: Click on the tracking link provided in your dispatch notification email or SMS.
  3. Courier Website: Visit the courier partner’s website and enter your tracking number (AWB number).
  4. WhatsApp: Send your Order ID to +91 98075 62620 to get instant tracking updates.

8. Delivery Process

8.1 Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

8.2 Delivery OTP: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive an OTP that needs to be shared with the delivery person for verification.

8.3 Contactless Delivery: If you prefer contactless delivery, please mention this in the order notes during checkout.

8.4 Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Exact timing depends on the courier partner and your location.

9. Shipping Address Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete address information:

  •   Full name of the recipient
  •   Complete address including house/flat number, building name, street, and landmark
  •   City and State
  •   Correct PIN code
  •   Active mobile number for delivery updates

Important: We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after order dispatch are not possible.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

10.1 COD Availability: Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your pin code.

10.2 COD Charges: A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40 may be applicable on COD orders. This will be displayed at checkout.

10.3 COD Limit: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For orders above this amount, please use prepaid payment methods.

10.4 Payment at Delivery: Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change.

11. Delays and Special Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  •   Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
  •   Public holidays and festival seasons
  •   Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances
  •   Government restrictions or lockdowns
  •   Courier partner operational issues
  •   High volume during sale events
  •   Remote or difficult-to-access locations

In such cases, we will keep you informed about any expected delays via email or SMS.

12. Damaged or Missing Packages

12.1 Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse to accept the delivery.

12.2 Report Immediately: If you discover damage after opening the package, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

12.3 Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and details of the missing items.

13. Failed Delivery and Returns to Origin

If a package is returned to us due to:

  •   Incorrect address provided by the customer
  •   Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  •   Refusal to accept delivery
  •   Incomplete or incorrect contact information

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. For prepaid orders, a refund (minus shipping costs) may be processed upon request.

14. Order Modifications

14.1 Before Dispatch: Order modifications (address change, product change, or cancellation) can be requested before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately after placing your order.

14.2 After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, modifications are not possible. You may refuse delivery or return the item as per our Return Policy.
