Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we have created this Return & Refund Policy to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  •   Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  •   In its original packaging with all tags attached
  •   In the same condition as when you received it
  •   Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
  •   Free from any damage, stains, alterations, or signs of use

2.3 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  •   Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  •   Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  •   Personalized or customized items
  •   Gift cards and vouchers
  •   Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  •   Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  •   Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
  •   Toys with broken seals or opened packaging (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  •   Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective)
  •   Perishable goods or items with expiration dates

4. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  •   Defective or Damaged Product: Item arrived with manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping
  •   Wrong Product: You received an item different from what you ordered
  •   Size Issue: The size doesn’t fit (applicable to clothing items)
  •   Missing Items: Your order arrived incomplete or with missing parts
  •   Quality Concerns: The product quality doesn’t match the description
  •   Change of Mind: You no longer need the product (subject to eligibility conditions)

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via:
  1. Provide Details: Share your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Submit Photos: For defective or damaged items, please provide clear photographs showing the issue.
  3. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return approval within 24-48 hours.
  4. Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  5. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, or damaged during transit), we will arrange for free pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.

6.2 Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not attributable to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount, or you can ship the item at your own expense.

6.3 Packaging: Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using the original packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days to verify it meets the return eligibility criteria.

7.2 Refund Approval: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be approved and processed. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

7.3 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

7.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:

  •   Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  •   UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  •   Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
  •   Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days

8. Refund Amount

The refund amount will depend on the reason for return:

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

9. Exchange Policy

9.1 Exchange Availability: We offer exchanges for size or color variants (subject to availability). Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

9.2 Exchange Process: To request an exchange, contact our customer support with your Order ID and the preferred size/color. We will check availability and confirm the exchange.

9.3 Price Difference: If the exchanged item has a different price, you will either pay the difference or receive a refund for the excess amount.

9.4 One-Time Exchange: Only one exchange is allowed per item. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

10. Order Cancellation

10.1 Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

10.2 After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item after receiving it as per our return policy.

10.3 Cancellation Refund: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon delivery.
  2. Report Within 48 Hours: Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID.
  3. Do Not Use: Please do not use or attempt to repair the damaged item.
  4. Resolution: We will offer a full refund or free replacement based on your preference and product availability.

12. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. To receive your refund, please provide:

  •   Account holder name
  •   Bank account number
  •   IFSC code
  •   Bank name and branch
  •   UPI ID (optional, for faster processing)

Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your bank details.

13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

14. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes may have modified return policies. Please check the specific terms mentioned during the promotion. Generally, sale items can only be returned if defective or damaged.

15. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order details. Gift returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value. Cash refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser.
